These pages set no cookies, run no analytics and carry no tracking. Nothing about your visit is recorded.
The trailer is a YouTube video. Nothing is fetched from YouTube until you press play; when you do, the player loads through youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube's own privacy policy applies from there.
The links to Steam, Discord and the rest take you to those services, and what they keep is theirs to say.
The sign-up list
If you leave an email address on the front page, this is what happens to it.
What is kept. The address you typed and the time you sent it. Nothing else: not your IP address, not your browser, not the page you came from. Those arrive with the request and are dropped unread.
What it is for. One email when Roguestorm Beats is out, and a heads-up when a big build lands on the way there. It is never used for anything else, never sent on behalf of anybody else, and never handed to anybody. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by entering your address and pressing Notify me, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How it is kept. Encrypted the moment it arrives, under a key that the server receiving it cannot use to read it back. The encrypted records sit in Amazon Web Services storage in the United States (the us-east-2 region), and the only thing that can open them is a credential held by the developer, on the developer's own machine. If a mailing service is ever used to send the emails, your address is handed to it for that one job, and this page will name it.
How long. Until you ask to come off the list, or until the list has done its job and is deleted. Every email sent to the list will carry a way off it.
Your rights. You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Ask in the Discord, from the address in question, and it is done.
Age. The list is for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, wishlist the game instead - that asks nothing of you.

If any of this changes, this page changes with it. Last updated 2026-09-01.
